I have a unique problem that's developed today:
I have an admin-level user who cannot access the workspaces or attachments - a locked display shows. This person can access info on the orange reports, but not on the blue reports. Between yesterday when the user had full access, and today - nothing has changed with settings, permissions or seat roles.
I have a Pro-Desk appt scheduled for nest week, but IDK that we can wait that long without creating issues.
Anyone else experience this issue? I'm frustrated and confused
