My company uses Smartsheet on an extremely rudimentary level. We are not tech savvy; we are tragically behind. We have only figured out to use one automation so far, which is when a new cabinet-related "project" gets automatically added to our "Active Projects" sheet from our "Sales Pipeline" sheet. But we have a major problem with "Active Projects" sheet — It now contains more than 250 rows, most of which are outdated data (in other words, "completed projects!").
We want to keep all that valuable data related to our previously completed cabinet projects (somewhere), but we truly need that data to go somewhere else once the projects have been completed.
On BOTH of the aforementioned Smartsheets, we need data to leave one sheet and go to another once different statuses (in different columns) have been changed/selected. Please help!
