I understand that when a User has been downgraded once to Viewer that when they get shared a sheet and need to edit they hit 'request to edit' a prompt goes to sheet owner to give access which they can do. However unless the Seat Type is changed manually back to Member by the SysAdmin the User won't be allowed to and they get a 'downgraded to Viewer' message saying they can't. No prompt goes to SysAdmin to change Seat type and so we now get Users raising Service Desk tickets to get this changed or don't and causes noise within their team. Can a prompt to change seat type be sent to SysAdmin to do this when 'request to Edit' is approved by sheet owner please. Or am I missing something!
