Can't delete workspaces

I want to delete a couple of old Workspaces to start fresh, but I keep getting a notification that I don't have the required permissions.

I recently upgraded to a Pro account, and I'm the owner of both Workspaces. There are no other users on my account, so I don't know why I'm getting these messages. Does anyone know how I can get these deleted?

Additionally, I'm seeing that I have "viewer" permissions when I look at the sharing info for one of the Workspaces - I'm the only one shared on either of the ones I'm trying to delete.

Hi @swilliams9,

This appears to be an issue that our Support team will need to assist you with - please submit a ticket at the Customer support portal to have them look into this. If you can provide the workspace IDs (right-click the workspace name and select Properties), that will help the team to investigate this sooner.
