Hi everyone,
I have a formula in my Smartsheet that shows 5 workdays from the submission date.
I have an automation setup to send a reminder to the Quality Engineers when a date is reached. Is there a way to be specific, such as when the 5 Day Reminder date is reached, where the condition is that the complaint is open?
I have it just as a random date is reached, where the complaint is open and the 5 Day Reminder is not in the future.
Is that the best way to do that?
