Is it possible to add a document control revision number to my sheet somewhere besides the title?

I want to use smartsheet for some of our day to day needs, but I will need the smartsheet to be considered a controlled document for ISO. Where in smartsheet can I add a document number, revision letter, and date?

It is cumbersome trying to fit all of that in the title of the sheet, any properties, headers/footers that would allow me to do this?

You could put it as a sheet summary formula, which would also allow you to query it from other sheets. Were I trying to do the same, I'd make sure you are locking down any columns with calculations with strong permission protection to prevent unrecorded edits from occurring.
