Hello. I have a sheet that I would like to use in Card View. In the setup, things appeared to be working as normal: I have parent and child rows, in the order that I wanted, and when I switched to card view the hierarchy of the cards was the same in both views. However, in my testing something has changed. Now when I switch to card view, the child rows are all out of order and no longer grouped by parent row. I cannot tell what kind of sort it is doing now as it seems random. How do I change my settings back so that the card order is maintained from grid to card view?
Specifically, I am looking at the tasks with a Status of Not Started, the Start Here status hierarchy is working as expected.
I am viewing my card view by Status and using Level 2.
