Warning when adding items to a collection

Hi everyone!

I have a workspace. I created a collection within that workspace. I add items from that same workspace to the collection.

For any item selected within that workspace, I get a warning that I am adding items from outside of the workspace.

Everything works fine afterwards but that is still annoying to get an incorrect warning.

At some point in the past, I have indeed moved one folder from another workspace to my current workspace. But it is now part of the workspace and that is only folder amongst others that were always in the workspace.

Is it possible that Smartsheet got confused and remembers an incorrect information? Any way to fix it?

Hi @Eric_ ,

What you’ve described doesn’t seem like expected behaviour, and after some testing I also experienced the same results. I will check in with our Support team about this, but please open a ticket in the Support Portal providing them with a screenshot of the warning message and details of the workspace(s) you’re seeing this in so they can take a closer look at the issue.

Thanks for the feedback. I opened a case (08752437). The feedback was to delete cache, try in different browsers and in private/incognito windows. None of it helped.
