ENGAGE is the perfect chance for our incredible Overachievers, Community Champions, Leaders & Ambassadors to shine and show the power of Community. They were busy sharing their expertise by speaking at sessions, hosting popular Meet & Eat tables, and being spotlighted on the big stage screen.
New this year, our Leaders, Ambassadors, and the two lucky ENGAGE pass giveaway winners joined the Champions and Overachievers for the annual Community Mixer! It was a fantastic opportunity for all of them to connect, have fun, and even get a Smartsheet airbrush tattoo. 😉

Community Booth Fun
The Community Booth was a favorite spot for attendees, offering various ways to win amazing prizes! Attendees participated in our scavenger hunt for a chance at a gift basket and could earn a beautiful reusable water bottle. Plus, signing our virtual ENGAGE guestbook entered them to win one of four additional gift baskets! We loved that so many of you shared your thoughts on our Video Testimonial station. Many also took the time to submit valuable peer reviews on Gartner, earning a Starbucks gift card as a thank you!
And of course, the Friendship Bracelet Station was a massive hit! You connected, chatted, and created over 500 beautiful bracelets and keychains—a unique souvenir to take home. If you have photos of your creations, we definitely want to see them! 🤩

Celebrating our big winners
The scavenger hunt brought a lot of fun to the conference! It was great to see so many of you exploring all ENGAGE had to offer: attending sessions, visiting booths, and connecting with people in your industry. Huge congratulations to our top three point-earners: @steinkj , Creig Bolling, and Aaron Overby, who each won exclusive Smartsheet apparel! Our first-place winner also scored a gift basket!
