Hello smartsheet community! I am basic familiarity with automations. I've created dozens, but they have all been fairly simple. Right now I am working on some automations for our project management templates, specifically our project plans to automatically when a task is delayed. I have created 3 separate automations because I couldn't figure out how to put all of these conditions into one and have them work the way I need them to. (If you know how to make it work correctly on one, please let me know! That would be great!) For some reason two of the automations are not working, but another one is, and I cannot figure out why. Any insight would be very helpful! The two automations that are not working are almost identical, but one is set to change the task status whenever % Complete is blank, and the other is when % Complete is 0.
I think the subsequent automations are not working because they all have the same trigger and the one that is "working" is taking priority over those that are not.
Right off the bat, it looks as though you want this to run every time the conditions are met, though it is currently only set up to run once. I suggest making it reoccurring by selecting the option that says "Run Once" and it will open up options for the frequency to run it.
Second, since these all have the same trigger, we should combine them into one automation. To do this, simply select the checkmark above the first "condition" and choose "Add condition path" to open another condition statement. Here you can set up the same premise that is in your second screenshot so it will look something like this:
