I am using Alerts to send an email to a ticket contact when comments are added about their Ticket. I am using a dynamic view for them to answer the comment so they don't need a member license.
When the ticket contact response I have an alert that goes to the assign to.
This is working great, but the alerts go to the assign to even when they put in the question in the comments.
Does anyone have a way to add a conditional format that would not send the alert if the assign to adds in a comment?
