Published reports no longer include highlight changes, print, view icons

I have dozens of published reports that I've used for years. Below the title, there's always been the toolbar icons to print, highlight changes and toggle between calendar/Gantt/card view.

In recent weeks, the toolbar has disappeared. I've tested creating reports from different sheets, and cannot make it appear. I need to restore it to the dozens of published reports that previously contained the toolbar, and to new published reports going forward. What happened and how do I fix this?

(I'd note that I previously asked this question, but erroneously characterized it as an issue with published sheets, not published reports. The functionality still exists on published sheets.)

Thanks for the clarification.

After further testing and reviewing the current system behavior, I can confirm that the view you are seeing is the default and expected behavior for Published Reports.

The full toolbar you described (containing view toggles and highlight changes) is currently specific to Published Sheets.

For Published Reports, the interface is more streamlined. Options like Print and Export are located within the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the report name, rather than on a separate toolbar.

Since this seems to differ from your previous experience, I highly recommend submitting your input to our Product Feedback & Ideas page. This is the best way to let our Product team know that you need the full toolbar functionality restored for Published Reports.
