Greetings-
I have a automation setup when I select the "status" column drop-down to "completed" I want the row info to be emailed to the contact to submitted it with a follow up then I want it to archive the row (aka move to another sheet).
When I run the automation only 1 of the 2 requests happen. The archive happens quick and first and dont think it gives it enough time to gather the row to process the email portion.
Is there a way to have a single automation due to request or is there a way to put a delay in the automation after the first request is completed then it does the second. I'm trying to streamline the process where the person who runs the grid just has to market as completed versus them having to do one column as completed then the other column as archive. Anything I am missing?
