What are your best practices for capturing project meeting notes directly in Smartsheet and automating how those notes and action items flow into RAID logs or other project artifacts?
Today, our team takes notes in OneNote, emails them out, and then PMs manually update the RAID log and other sheets in our project suite. I’m looking to simplify this by capturing notes in Smartsheet so that:
- Action items automatically flow into the right logs
- Meeting notes can be easily referenced from dashboards
- The setup remains lightweight and not overly complex
Has anyone built a similar system? What approaches, templates, or automations worked well for you?
