This process worked in the beginning; however, data is not being sent to DocuSign.
I uploaded a Word document to DocuSign, mapped all fields in Smartsheet. The process runs, but I receive a blank document.
I have formulas, but this has not been an issue in the past.
I worked with support, and they stated that I need a PDEF and not a Word document.

For the error of no data being shown in envelope for Dcoument sent upon generation it is because you are using a fillable word document in the DocuSign template. You will need to use a fillable PDF file on the DocuSign template before mapping that into smartsheet Document builder. This is after testing and alsoc checking our resources in this article: requirement the requirement for the Docusigne template is that a PDF type file with fillable fields is to be used in the template. Therefore you can either recreate the file in the template this time in a PDF format with fillable fields or convert your word document into a PDF format with fillable fields in it.
I did change the file to a PDF still does not work.
Does anyone have any ideas? Support is agonizingly slow in response.
