Save as New Issue

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue when attempting to copy certain Smartsheet sheets. When I try to "Save As New," the process consistently times out, indicated by a spinning cogwheel. On occasion, I also receive an error message stating that Smartsheet is unavailable. This problem is not affecting all of my sheets, only a select few.

I've already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including clearing my browser's cookies and cache, as well as restarting Smartsheet and my computer, but the issue persists. Does anyone have any further suggestions or insights into this problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Kacie H,

I've seen this happen, but usually after a refresh or a short wait it resolves itself.

My next troubleshooting step would be to try from another person's computer and Smartsheet account, but on the same file that's giving you trouble. If that doesn't work, you need to contact Support. If it does work, you either just got lucky because waiting helped or the problem can be traced back to your computer or Smartsheet account.
