Hi everyone,
I’ve been a Smartsheet user for over 3 years. However, after renewing my license in December, I’m no longer able to edit any sheets or projects — even those where I’m clearly listed as the Owner.
I have a Business plan, the renewal has already been paid, and this issue started only after the renewal. When I try to edit, Smartsheet asks me to upgrade to a paid plan and limits my access to viewer only.
I already opened a ticket with the support team, but so far I haven’t received any response.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this?
