After discussions internally within our company, we decided enabling Smartsheet AI throughout the whole domain without distinction of Region, Department or Seniority was not ideal so we disabled for everyone.
I would like to suggest that Smartsheet implement a way to create security groups within the platform (or pull via SCIM) to decide who gets AI enabled or not within the platform, that way, we can attend to better security and compliance practices around the globe.
