I need a platform that tracks time (or links to Spectrum) to allow real time project visibility as to allocate staffing resources for each project, against the fee designated for multiple phases on a project. Basic Project Management.
Also, need to create intercompany bills (without the payment links), but would be integrated into this project management software.
Is there a recommended Smartsheet template to explore?
