I want to add a calendar to my team's dashboard that shows both Anniversaries and Birthdays every year. I have the following columns: * Team member * Date (date of anniversary and birthday) * Anniversary column to show this year's date (formula) * Birthday column to show this year's date (formula) When I go into calendar mode, I can only choose one column to display. How do I show both the Anniversary and Birthday columns in the same calendar. Additionally, how do I color code them so that there is a distinction between the two dates? You would have to have both dates in the same column with birthday on one row and anniversary on another row. Conditional formatting can be used to color code one vs the other.

Thank you Paul - I just alternated the formulas in a new column title 'current year'

And for color coding, I found that if I used "team member contain 'anniversary'" I could color the task bar.
