At least two times it has happened where a user contributed to the build of a Dashboard for a report or link. The user is removed from the account due to change in role. All assets are transferred to another user, however dashboard links or reports do not and fail to display.
On the second go around this required a considerable amount of time and effort to update MANUALLY, in EACH project dashboard. I have confirmed all reports and assets belong to the new user, including the Dashboard. It still does not matter and requires manual intervention so that the items display in the dashboard.
This needs to be fixed by making this part of the transfer or by making it easier to see where users have items like reports in dashboards. It is easy enough to go into the dashboard and edit the item to transfer to the specific user, but not if it is over 300 project dashboards.
