Our company has been locked out of Smartsheet for the past three days resulting in us not being able to access our project plans. These are crucial for customer work and we are neither able to open any project plan nor export any of the data to, as a workaround, use Excel or something similar for offline viewing or editing.
The error message received when logging in is that there is an overdue payment. At the same time, we have received confirmation that the payment has gone through.
Customer support is not answering or doing anything.
We urgently need the access to our project plans - is there anyhting else we can do?
