Automation: Request an Update

I created a "Request and Update" automation. The custom message includes a url link that is included in a column cell. I used {{column name}}. This is working great. The link is live in the email message. However, when opening the request, the url is not live.

Is there a way to make the url live in the request as well?

Is there a way to NOT repeat the custom notification both in the email and in the request view?

If there a way to include a live link in a request field?

Links are clickable in the email, but in the Update Request view they show as plain text, Smartsheet doesn’t make them live there. There’s also no way to separate the custom message between the email and the request page.. If you need a clickable link, users will need to use the email version.
