Downgrading Plan from Business Plan to Pro Plan

Hi Smartsheet Community,

I’m looking to downgrade our Business plan to a Pro plan, but I can’t seem to find an option to do this.

I tried purchasing the Pro plan again, however I’m always redirected to the Plan & Billing page where I can only view our current subscription, and there’s no option to switch or downgrade.

Has anyone experienced this before or can advise on the correct way to downgrade from Business to Pro?

@Arron , To find your account rep, check the Plan & Billing section in Admin Center, You can also look through past renewal or onboarding emails.

Hi, appreciate your help!

One more thing, how can I find or get in touch with our account rep? The last case I submitted on 13 February is still unresolved and I haven’t received any update or action from Smartsheet Support, so I’m not sure who best to follow up with.

Hi , It’s not something you can do yourself from the billing page. Smartsheet doesn't let you downgrade between paid plans directly in the UI., To move from Business down to Pro,, you’ll need to contact Smartsheet Support or your account rep and ask them to adjust your subscription. They handle plan changes like that on the backend
