IDEA: for Workflow automations, add a detailed "modification history"
Currently, the Workflow Automation only lists the Created By, Created Date, Last Modified By, Last Modified Date, and Last Ran on.
This is missing critical information. It doesn't show any changes to:
- Automation name
- Trigger conditions
- Actions
- Recipients
- Recipient Messages
Problem: This doesn't provide adequate detail to see:
- What changed
- How many changes were made
- When each change was made
- Or even who made the changes.
Result: lack of transparency when auditing a sheet and trying to determine who/ what automation made which changes and when. This makes it impossible to say with certainty why an automation made a change if it was prior to the "last modified date"
Even the Activity Log only lists "Automated Workflow Modified", but doesn't specify which workflow was modified. If more than one modification was made and saved, it lists it several times, but doesn't differentiate between the same Workflow being modified multiple times or multiple Workflows being modified.
