I have a number of automation that send notification emails to clients. These are automations that have worked successfully for years, and suddenly they stop. I am a recipient on many of these notification emails, and I realize that I have stopped receiving these notifications as well as of Jan. 26, 2026.
It's a constellation of issues:
1. Some automations that should have run since Jan. 26 have not run.
2. Automations that show as having run are not sending emails to me or other recipients.
3. Test runs of automations sent to my email address are note being received.
4. Because there's no SS audit trail, I have no way of knowing who is affected without contacting each client.
To confirm:
1. The automations appear to have worked properly on and before January 25.
2. The automations haven't changed.
3. Emails are not going to spam folders.
4. I'm receiving other emails from SS, including some separate email notifications for this sheet.
