I'd like to suggest an improvement for the integration between Smartsheet and DocuSign.
Right now, when Smartsheet sends a document for signing through DocuSign, the status that comes back to the spreadsheet shows up in English (like: Sent, Delivered, Completed), even when the account's environment and regional settings are set to Portuguese (Brazil).
Also, when the document is sent to multiple approvers/signers, the tracking is limited to just one overall status column. This makes it hard to figure out which approver the process is stuck with at each stage, cutting down on visibility and operational control of the flow.
Suggested areas for improvement:
Location of the integration status
Let the statuses returned by the integration with DocuSign show up according to the language/region set in the user's account.
Example: Sent → Sent, Delivered → Delivered, Completed → Completed.
Individual traceability by approver
Provide a way to identify, within Smartsheet, the status of each approver/signer separately.

Besides the overall status, allow for a more granular return of the subscription journey, making it easier to track, follow up, and manage SLA.
