System Admin: How to export a list of all Smartsheet assets across the account?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to generate a report that lists all assets (Sheets, Dashboards, and Reports) created by users within the same Enterprise account.

I have System Admin permissions, and so far I have tried the following:

• Navigated to Admin Center → User Roles and Reports → Generate reports
• Selected Sheet Access to generate the report

However, instead of receiving the report, I receive an error email and the report is not generated.

My goal is to identify:

• All assets created in our Enterprise account
• Who created them
• Ideally their owners

Is there another way to obtain this information? For example:

• A different report type in Admin Center
• A method through the API
• Any recommended workaround used by other System Admins

If anyone has encountered this issue or has successfully generated a similar report, I would really appreciate your guidance.

According to Status.Smartsheet.com there were a few issues occurring today. While it doesn't specifically list your issue, it does refer to reporting. I'm also a system admin, and I tried to run that report - it ran with no issue. I'd suggest trying to run the report again - and if the issue persists, contact their help team to flag the issue.
