Being able to share Data Shuttle workflows is great, but there is much room for UI and UX improvement. For starters, Ownership is invisible/unclear. There is no indicator that one of the collaborators is the Owner, or even that there is an Owner. The Workflow Sharing settings just show all Managers as equals. Then the Workflow fails to run because the invisible Owner's credentials are no longer valid. When you go to Edit the workflow, if it is outputting to a Target file in a SharePoint folder, you select the External Account you want to use to access the SharePoint, then click the "Sign in" button, which makes sense as it is confirming you have access to SharePoint … but then it continues to show a banner message "We were unable to verify your access to the target" at the top. It is not obvious what it is waiting for you to do at this point, but if it occurs to you to click the magnifying glass button next to the Folder Name, and re-browse to the same SharePoint folder which the original workflow had specified (hopefully you know/remember which one and where it is located!) then can you get past the banner/blocker and click Next. You end up having to reconfigure everything rather than just changing ownership and having Smartsheet Data Shuttle validate whether you (as a collaborator) have access to that Target Folder. It would be so much better if it retained all of the configuration and just authenticated my access to the SharePoint folder which was already specified in the Workflow. As it is, there is a lot of confusion and rework required, so collaboration is not a great experience of Data Shuttle.
