We are looking for an easy way to track attendance and completion for a list of trainings. Ideally, we want each person attending a training to be able to check in themselves and mark when they’ve completed a specific course.
We would need to track each user. They could enter their name, and we would time-stamp the record. We might have a list of 10 trainings that people need to complete, and we want to mark each one as complete when they finish it.
The idea is we could add a QR code on the training materials so people can scan it with their phones, enter their name, position, etc., and have their completion automatically logged.
Does anyone know if there is a Smartsheet template that allows us to track multiple trainings and their completion status simultaneously?
