Automation bug

When we duplicate a sheet via “Save as New…”, some automation are being modified or part of them are being deleted. For example:Original automation not he original sheet.

This is one example of many. You can see that some of the options I selected originally are now only 1 after re saving the sheet. In this case there were only 2 options, but I tried with more. For example using “is not one of” with 6 options on the original, but then after re saving the sheet I could only see only the first option on the “is not one of” field, instead of 6 selected options.

This started happening yesterday and the issue persists today.

Anyone else seeing the same bug?

I have the same problem, it is pretty annoying, since we are using one template sheet for multiple sheets per day.

Yeah same here. This should be fixed asap, it brakes the workflow. Was there some kind of update?

That sounds like a bug, have you opened a support ticket?

If you're making regular copies of the same sheet, do you have control center? that might help you streamline your workflow.

Use this link: https://supportportal.smartsheet.com/s/ Most users are on the US plan, then here you should be able to "Open" a ticket. This goes through an AI first, and if it can't help it'll give you some options, including opening a ticket which will go through emails.
