Unable To Create Project Using Control Center

Hello community!

This is my first time trying to use Control Center so bear with me.

I've been tasked with creating a solution within Control Center to provision new projects. I have my project sheet, I have my intake. I created a program and blueprint on the Control Center side. It references the intake sheet and a blueprint folder with the project sheet inside it. I used the form to add a row to the intake sheet, but nothing happened. This is a very basic config, everything I have is what I've said. Whatever magic I'm missing here I'm having trouble coming up with.

Hopefully I'm missing something pretty simple.

If you have not turned on the automation within Control Center to automatically provision projects, you will need to go into Control Center and manually provision the project.
