Dashboard Table Help

Hello,

I have a form for our team to complete each week to obtain a pulse check. I am trying to tally the responses from the team to show in a table on the dashboard, however, I cannot get it to display how I would like for it to. I want the horizontal axis to show the categories (columns) and for the vertical axis to be how many time that score was selected (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). For for instance I would want the chart to show that  Overall Mood & Energy, 1 was selected twice, 2 selected three times, 3 selected once, 4 none, and 5 five times. The report below calculates each week how many times the score was selected for each categoy. However I cannot get the graph to display correctly on the dashboard. So I want the columns on the grapgh to represent the score and then the vertical axis would be how many times it was selected.

Is there anyway to fix the vertical axis so the numbers go from 1-5? Rather than decimal?

@CaraBart28, in your report I would do two things.

1. In the filter, add a line that's Primary is a number. That will keep that text row out of your chart and causing potential issues.

2. Also in the report, I would then go to the Group option and group by Primary (you can right click on the column in the report if you want to call it Score). Then you should be able to go to the Summary option in the report and use the Count function. Your chart should make more sense with at least the Group in place, but the Summary usually helps as well. But you may need to do a little trial and error with those two settings to see what gets you close to what you need.

Thank you, I am still getting the same outcome however, we will only have a max of 15 responses within each category.
