Asset selection for sharing within the Workspace

Currently, in order to share specific sheets or reports within a workspace, each item has to be individually opened and shared with the user or groups. There should be a way of selecting the items/folders and sharing when you do not want to share the entire workspace. Doing this now will only share the whole workspace.

There currently is no "folder" level sharing, but if you select an asset (sheet / report / dashboard), you can right click on it to open a menu that should have a sharing option. While this is still one at a time, it does allow you to share the asset while staying in the browse tab without having to open every asset.

I have a similar question as above. Is there a way to share individual sheets within a workspace with non-members without sharing access to entire workspace? Currently, there is only a way to share with members only or sharing the entire workspace.

@katherine lopez Yes. If you follow my instructions above, you can share individual assets with users without having to share the entire workspace. You can also open the asset and use the blue "Share" button in the top right corner to share just that asset.
