Smartsheet indicates that it's read only until paid upgrade. I'm on the PRO plan.

Question

Hello,

I've been a Smartsheet user for many years and just this week, Smartsheet is indicated that "your sheet is read only until a paid upgrade".

I renewed this past January on a yearly PRO plan.

I've tried opening in 'incognito mode' and logging in which resolved the issue one time only.

Has anyone experienced this and any fixes you may reccommend?

If you haven't already, I recommend using the Billing & Finance Customer Support Center to submit a ticket.
