I do not use Smartsheet but am the admin for a company that uses it daily. We had a former employee cancel our company plan when the annual invoice inadvertently charged his credit card. We have since reinstated the plan; however, my colleagues are unable to access, edit, view or otherwise do anything with their data and they have live projects. This is a critical software for our management of client projects. I have opened a support ticket on March 10, 2026 under Case#: 09048165. I have not yet gotten a response, and this is urgent. Has anyone ever run into this issue and, if so, were you able to remedy it and how? Thank you in advance for any tips!
