Report Doesn't Have the Option for Grouping, Sorting or Filtering

Question

I have a report that is referencing a control center program. Other users that are setup as leads on the program and have the same admin permissions I do are able to edit the Group, Filter, Summarize and Sort settings of this report, but I can not.

When I click the Columns button it just says "Loading" and even if I leave it there for 5+ minutes it never changes. The Group, Filter and Sort buttons show the settings that are being used but I can't see what Column is actually being used for that setting. I also can't select a Column on a new condition for any of them. Additionally if I click any of the buttons at the top of the report the Group & Summarize setup goes away.

If anyone has had this issue or has any ideas to help fix this please let me know!

Hi @Georgie,

I had not tried creating a new report since I wasn't sure how to make that type of report but it turned out to be pretty straightforward.

Unfortunately it didn't change the column panel not loading anything. I'll go ahead and get that support ticket submitted.

Hi @nwaitkus,

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried creating a new report and seeing if the columns list loads there?

I can see that you’ve tried lots of other troubleshooting steps so, if the issue persists, submitting a support ticket (and letting them know all the troubleshooting you’ve tried already) would be the best next step.

Normally I use Chrome but did try Brave and Edge to no success. Same with the cookies clear and hard refresh for Smartsheets.

I've also tried duplicating the sheet since I don't want to break the grouping on the sheets I actively need to use.

Also realized I didn't show the actual sheet button. Before I was made a lead on the program this panel was blank, but since I've been added I can see the setup for the report although the columns panel never loads.

I'll try to login to a different computer and see if maybe that helps fix the issue, but with the different browser not working I don't anticipate it to be a different result.
