Good morning, Smartsheet community! I work at a community college and recently began utilizing the Smartsheet automations to send email reminders to our specialty program students. In the email body, we provide an email they should contact with any questions they have. However, I have had some students reply to the automated email, and it shows up in my personal inbox.
Is there a way to connect a general staff email to these replies so they do not come directly to my personal inbox?
