I am experiencing an issue with automations in Smartsheet. Some workflows continue to run normally, but others stop working intermittently even though they were previously functioning as expected.
The issue does not appear to affect all automations, only certain ones. An important detail is that when the affected automations are run manually, they work fine. Because of this, it seems the issue may be related to the trigger not being recognized consistently rather than a problem with the workflow actions themselves.
Can someone please help me investigate the following:
- Why some automations are no longer running automatically while others are still working
- Whether there are any known incidents or service disruptions affecting automations
Whether there are logs available that can confirm why the affected automations stopped or why the trigger event was not recognized
