I’m the Owner of several sheets, but I’m currently being treated as a "Viewer" and cannot edit anything.
- The Issue: Even though my Seat type is correctly set to "Member (Paid)" (as shown in the attached screenshot), I have no editing rights.
- System Error: On the User Management page, multiple error messages saying "We ran into an error. Please try again" are appearing.
- Current Status: I recently re-subscribed to the Business Plan, but the system doesn't seem to sync my paid status with my actual permissions. There is also a notification in the True-up (1) tab that won't go away.
As the Owner, this is halting all my work. Since I've already paid for the Business Plan, I need an immediate fix to restore my editing capabilities. Please check my account status and sync the licenses manually.
