Smartsheet Report - Un Grouping

Hi there

I have an issue with grouping on a report that is causing a headache.

Any grouping I apply to the reports seems to undo itself when the number of days change in the filters.

None of the clients have admin access so no one is manually removing the grouping, but they are manipulating the number of days in the filters.

It's a huge inconvenience having to regroup this every time.

What groupings do you have applied?

If a user can edit the filters in a report, they can also edit / remove any groupings.

When someone changes the filter (like the number of days), the report refreshes—and during that refresh, the grouping can get removed.

To avoid this, you can create separate reports with fixed filters (like 5 days, 10 days), apply the grouping once, and share those with your clients.
