When I leave the company will people still have access to things I own

Question

I am transferring ownership of everything however I'm running into issues and wonder if people will still have access to my assets when I leave. Everything not transferred will be moved to a general account.

I own sheets in workspaces I do not own, so it won't let me transfer them.

I'm getting a lot of errors trying to transfer ownership. I've submitted a support ticket but not gotten a reply.

I've been the SS Admin for 10 years. I have A LOT of things that need to be moved or still accessed when I am gone.

(I am retiring April 30th!!!)

@Bruce Case When people leave, unless a Manager specifies, ownership is turned over to me. I do not go back and check if the sheets continue to be used. We do have other System Admins, but I am the main one. I have been turning ownership over where I can, but after 11 years of this, I own thousands of sheets. Finding owners has kept me pretty busy the last couple of weeks.

Congrats on your retirement!

As the SysAdmin, how do you handle all other individuals as they leave.  It should be the same.  Go into User Roles and Reports, drill down to yourself, then select Transfer Owner permissions and select the person you want to transfer everything to.  If you havn't already done so, I would also make sure someone else is the SysAdmin.
