I am experiencing what feels like an endless cycle of seeking support without receiving genuinely helpful assistance. Our team has been attempting to set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for our account for several months. Just today, we were informed that a different individual would be responsible for initiating our request, further delaying the process.
The inability to connect with someone who is both knowledgeable about our account and capable of providing effective help is extremely frustrating. This lack of direct access significantly hinders our progress and adds to our dissatisfaction.
As I explored the community for discussions about customer service, it became apparent that our experience is not unique. Unfortunately, this type of service seems to be the standard rather than an exception.
SMARTSHEET, please do better. We should not have to overcome so many obstacles to use a tool we genuinely appreciate. The growing disappointment is making it more difficult to maintain our enthusiasm for your product.
