When creating form submissions in the field, one of our technicians reported a bug that may affect others. We use URL string querying to correctly pre‑populate the job address (city, ZIP, and state). However, after scrolling down the form, an Auto Fill popup used to insert the technician’s name and email can be selected, and this action unexpectedly alters the job address—specifically changing only the state to the technician’s home state. There is no known logic or interaction tying the address state field to the name/email Auto Fill. This results in submissions where the address and ZIP code are correct, but the state is incorrect.
