Hello, I have a question about Smartsheet functionality. My university uses a form submission software for purchasing reconciliation that has a return/recall feature. From what I understand, Smartsheet does not have a comparable native return/recall feature. The closest equivalent Smartsheet offers is the an update request, a workflow-triggered email that sends the submitter a link to edit specific fields in their submitted row.
Can Smartsheet add a submitter-initiatied, rather than admin-initiated update request or submission change feature? In the system we use for purchasing reconciliation, the user can voluntarily recall a form, make changes, and resubmit. Also, the admin can bounce it back to the user with comments, and then the user can go in and only change the fields that need updating before resubmitting.
