We have a high-traffic sheet that frequently has rows deleted, and when we ask the user about it, they have no idea they even deleted the row. I have reached out to smartsheet about this several times, and they said they can happen due to a "save-merge error", and to have users save and refresh the sheet often. Instead of coaching users to work around the save-merge errors, can we just eliminate the save-merge error issue? Otherwise users can't operate under the assumption that their data is sound.
"Save-merge errors" are a bug that should be fixed.
