For the last several months, since the new "agentic" support bot has been enabled, I'm not able to actually get help.
I ask it a question, and it invariably can't answer, so then I ask for a person, and I never get connected to anyone.
One time I did get connected with someone, and they just ended the chat.
I don't seem to have the ability to open a case or do anything else to interact with tech support.
Is there a reason to keep using this tool, or should I just tell my org to cancel our subscription and spend money on something that is actually supported?
