Hi there, I hope someone can assist me.
When I log into Smartsheets, I can see my worksheets, but when I try to edit them, I get the message that I have a Read-Only account, and then that message gets replaced after one second with a message saying that "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching SmartSheets right now. There is also an error message saying:

I have upgraded my account, and it shows that I am a paid member, with Admin rights like before, but I still get these messages, and I don't have any luck from the SmartSheet Help function. I have already logged out, deleted all cache and cookies from my browser, tried Incognito browser page etc as was suggested by the AI.
Can anyone provide advice what should be done?
