We've recently experienced a single file category for several accounts that was changed when it shouldn't have been. Imagine out of 100 "Live" accounts, 20 of them were randomly changed to "Inactive." When I View the Cell History looking for the culprit, it tells me that it was changed by "Smartsheet Automation" and also that it was changed outside of work hours. Human error is expected, but nobody is changing cases to the wrong category at 1 a.m. Also, it didn't seem to affect newer accounts; only older ones.
Has anyone experienced this? I think we've changed them all back, but now I live in fear that it will happen again and we won't catch it soon enough.
