Trying to enable workload

I'm trying to enable the Workload feature through Settings in the Table view. I have mapped the Start Date, End Date, Assigned Resource, and Allocation %, but I get an error message stating "Sorry, we couldn't save changes. Please refresh and try again."

When I refresh and try again, I get the same error message. We are on an Enterprise plan and I have admin rights, so I can't understand why I am getting this error message. I have also cleared cache in the browser I am using and retried, same error.

Is anyone able to help?

The setup itself seems mostly correct. One thing I’d check is whether the “Assigned To” column is a proper contact list column and not a text/dropdown column, because workload management usually requires a contact-type resource column. (1) Removing the Allocation % mapping temporarily and saving first (2) Testing in another sheet with minimal columns (3) Disabling/re-enabling Workloads
